After many emails and being asked to send scarf back and pay €15.99 for postage, I got in touch with my bank and they refunded me. Shortly afterwards, Chomara also refunded the full amount after pressure from my bank.

Saw an advert on Facebook for a foldable treadmill and paid for it. A few weeks later a small bag arrives instead. On contacting them they provide the address to return item at my own expense or offered a 40% refund!!

Offered a electric bike at a great price, shipped a neoprene handkerchief in its place. Then asked for months of returns and effort to honor their satisfaction guarantee/refund policy. Blatant theft actually. Business operates as "Bijouora.com" and "Factory Direct"
