I ordered what was advertised as a pair of Clark's women's leather sandals from Sunsasale, advertised on Facebook. But my payment went to Kekayaan Commerce (whatever that is). Sunsasale got both my shipping & billing address from where I used to live, not where I live now. I put the correct information on the order, so HOW did they get my former address? When the shoes arrived, they were NOT Clarks; nor were they leather. Cheap material; not non-skid soles. I tried to return them to the Santa Fe, CA address on the label. But got a long email from Guandong (Canton) China today saying they would not allow a return but offering me 20% of the $43.44 charge on my PayPal!!!!! Is there no recourse here? The photo of the shoes is from Sunsasale's website. These are the shoes I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING. They plagiarized photos of Clark's shoes! What I received was nothing CLOSE to this photo! Below you will see 2 photos of "real" Clarks sandals posted by Sunsasale, which is what everyone THINKS they are buying. All the other photos are the ultra cheap shoes I was sent. No Clarks label (because they AREN'T Clarks), no similarity at all. I was refunded $23 of the $44 . UNACCEPTABLE!!Recent Reports Near Me

Report this fraud to PayPal! They have a strong service – they will fight for your cause so that you get your money back. Absolutely do not agree to a partial refund! You have the right to get 100% of your money back and Pay Pal is very helpful in this.
this exact same thing has happened to me.
I’m in the exact same boat. Grrr
same boat and citibank let the merchant win
the same thing has happened to me.
Same boat
I fell for this scam also. The shoes are no where close to what was advertised. They only offered me a 10% refund. Not happy.

I had the exact same experience as you did! Never again!
This happened to me as well.
The very SAME THING just happened to me!!! I ordered (2) pair of different Clark Walking shoes and I wish I had seen this page before ordering :(
The exact same thing happened to me.I ordered 2 pair.had no idea that it was an overseas deal.I messaged them after a month and asked where my shoes were,a couple days later a small package arrived in my mailbox with no return address. The shoes had no size on them,no markings of any thing and they looked so flimsy that they would fall apart.I had no idea where to return them, and they said they would only refund a percentage.I have always bought Clarks shoes and they are a very good company that makes good comfortable shoes.I was very disappointed and they should know this is hurting their reputation!!
Wow!! I am in the same boat! Ordered 2 pairs of "Clarks" and got them, very cheap, definitely not Clarks!!!! Did not fit tried to return and they offered 10% on a purchase of $74.00. I have put a claim in with PayPal.
ditto - they got me also. This is "BS" and I'm pissed.
These shoes are cheap, materials are plastic and I don't think I will ever wear them. My mistake for making this purchase.
I, too, fell for this. I could not figure out how to contact the seller. I contacted Paypal and they refunded the whole amount.
Agree, avoid this company, they would not provide a return address and product not what photo showed. I disputed with PayPal and got my $40 back
Same for me with jeans. Not only did they charge for shipping when it was supposed to be free, they sent wrong size that even then didn't match the size chart. They offered a 10% refund and when I turned that down a 30% refund. I told them I would take 50% but otherwise I'm going to escalate a fraud claim on PayPal. Apparently this is how they get their money by scamming!
