I order an escalation on the Facebook advertising page I received a scarf. I contacted my bank they told me to communicate with them. Tell them you received the wrong item and either ask for a refund or to send you the right item. I emailed the company about receiving the wrong item. They email me back
I did not order this item I order another item. Where is my order?

I was curious about the address, the one on the package and the address they send me is different.
“ Thank you, I will do that. I am sending the item I am at the post office please send me the right address where to send the package or should I use the address on the label? Why is the address on the package and the address you give me are different. However, I Dont understand the address you message me. Please write the way as appears on the package.”

I was curious whether that address is valid address. I search the address on google not get any results.
I will not give up until I get my full refund, otherwise, they will get used. I cannot believe the number of people they scammed. Thousands of people get scammed every day. I learn my lesson, not to buy any advertising that is suspicious especially on Facebook.
