Received defective item (red tassel boots) from this address. One foot unwearable and much tighter than the other. Returned package for a full refund to address provided by customer service. Now customer service is claiming the address, she provided, is incorrect and no refund will be given. Item sitting in warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario now and no one is taking ownership. Warehouse is unreachable. I’ve suffered the shipping cost ($20.00+ tx) and I’ve suffered the loss of red boots ($74.09 + tx) I’ve saved pictures of the conversations between customer service and I as proof. A Second pair of boots ($69.84) not even close to picture advertised. Counterfeit! No refund will be given unless I ship second pair of boots to China. Cost would be over $100.00 for shipping. I have these boots still in a bag and require full refund for those as well. I have saved those photos as well. They just keep re-asking for the same proof over and over again. After 30 days their return policy expires. No live chats available only a two (plus)day wait for each response. Merchant that sold me second item no longer on Wish platform.
