Thousands of people are without power as strong storms, pummel parts of Nebraska and Iowa with hail and rain on Tuesday evening, June 25th. As of 10:05 p.m., there were over 36,000 OPPD customers without power. As of 11 p.m., there were over 34,000 without power. Douglas County - 33,254
