Penn Herb Company Ltd is recalling Nature’s Wonderland Thyroid Formula because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The product was distributed through the Penn Herb Company Ltd website and retail store.

The recalled product is Nature’s Wonderland Thyroid Formula 51 bottles (60 Capsules per bottle) were packaged in a white plastic bottle with a blue cap. The label specifies the Item #: Sm32x, and the Lot #: 23289A.

47 customers who purchased the product were notified directly. Any consumer who has Nature’s Wonderland Thyroid Formula should discontinue use immediately and are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
