I am disabled. I pay my bills on time and keep my rental clean. Kpwmanagement treats tenants like dirt. Very rude, they even hang up on you. I am disabled and unable to drive. I requested a copy of the original lease agreement from 2018. The purpose obviously is to qualify for services. During my last attempt to speak to the leasing agent. They were rude and hung up on me. I pay my rent on time and keep the unit in good shape. The company is KPWMANAGEMENT, LLC. I tried to explain my difficulties in getting around and that I needed a copy of the original lease signed in 2018. Yet, they were rude and hung up on me as I was still speaking. I see a lack of professionalism when I only wanted a small favor.

I have been receiving packages from Fullfillment House, 192 14 Northern Blvd, Flyshing NY 11358 that I did NOT order. They come about every two weeks without an order form, receipt, or description, or even a bill. Inside white envelopes are containers of Keto Pure or Daily Detox
