1. The employer does not post and keep posted a notice or notices, informing employees of the protections and obligations provided for in the OSH Act, and that for assistance and information, including copies of the Act and of specific safety and health standards, employees should contact the employer or the nearest office of the Department of Labor. 2. Potentially infectious materials including but not limited to blood, are not promptly cleaned from all surfaces including floors, cubicle curtains, and medical exam room equipment (e.g. exam room tables), thus exposing employees to biological hazards. 3. Employees have not been trained on the employer's Exposure Control Plan for bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials, thus exposing employees to biological hazards. 4. Employees are discouraged from electing to receive hepatitis B vaccines that the employer offers to employees and employees are not required to sign a waiver to waive their rights to receive hepatitis B vaccinations, thus exposing employees to biological hazards. 5. Employees who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are required to come to work without being permitted to self-quarantine, thus exposing other employees to a respiratory illness, such as but not limited to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. 6. The employer discourages employees from reporting workplace-related injuries and illnesses, including COVID-19, thus exposing employees to increased risk of infection, prolonged healing, exacerbation of pain, and limited recovery from injuries and illnesses. 7. The employer has not maintained employee medical records related to COVID-19 diagnoses. 8. The employer does not provide an adequate supply of personal protective equipment including but not limited to gowns, face shields, and N95 masks to all employees who interact with detainees , thus exposing employees to a respiratory illness, such as but not limited to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. 9. The employer does not provide replacements of cloth and paper masks when they get damaged or the supply is depleted, thus exposing employees to a respiratory illness, such as but not limited to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. 10. The employer does not provide training to employees regarding how to properly don, doff, and dispose of personal protective equipment, thus exposing employees to chemical, biological, and or health hazards.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-03
