1. No mask rules are enforced even though employees work in close proximity to each other. 2. Employees worked near an employee who was positive for covid and they have not notified employees who had been exposed. 3. They do not pay employees for time off for mandatory covid quarantine. 4. The building has not been clean nor disinfect, other than the third party company who comes in to take out trash and restock bathrooms. 5. Employee have not trained properly on how to use ladders or extending conveyor belts, or really any heavy machinery that is used.
