1.) Employees are not provided with the proper sizes of the protective gloves needed when handling hot donuts for the hot-dip process. 2.) There are broken components on the Rolling-racks which expose employees to laceration hazards when sliding trays onto the racks, and tip over hazards during movement of the racks due to broken wheels. 3.) Employees are exposed to slip trip fall hazards when walking and working in the fryer area. 4.) Ventilation in the fryer area is inadequate. Employees are experiencing respiratory system irritation due to the high levels of aerosolized droplets of the fats in the cooking oils. Additionally, the lack of ventilation causes visibility problems in various areas around the fryers. 5.) Employees are not required to wear facemasks for the protection from and prevention of COVID-19 in the workplace.
