1. Not allowing remote work even though MIOSHA Rules state all workers who can work remotely should be working remotely. 2. No social distancing in the workplace. 3. Mask wearing not enforced and many in leadership positions do not wear masks properly when interacting with other employees or walking through common areas and other workspaces. 4. Total disregard of COVID rules, responsibilities as a employer and ensuring employees safety due to COVID-19. 5.
