Regulatory Report

984 South Main Street, Lapeer, 48446 Michigan, United States

1. A worker and her husband got tested for COVID. While awaiting results, she was allowed to work. Her husband tested negative at the beginning of the week, and tested positive later on. She was working around well over 25 employees while living with someone who has the virus, and upper management knew this and allowed it. 2. They won't tell all the employees the exposure despite knowing all the minors that work there, having 2 workers with autoimmune diseases, and one who lives with his sister who has cancer. 3. They threatened termination to an employee who didn't want to come to work until it's known definitively she doesn't have it. 4. Proper guidelines aren't in effect. 5. Masks aren't worn properly and aren't forced by kitchen staff. In early and late shifts they aren't worn at all. 6. Temperatures aren't always taken, and in instances where it's been high they've ignored it or made the individual go splash their face with cold water until they got an alright temperature. 7. The girl who may have caused the contamination found it okay to post about on social media, but not to alert all the coworkers. When an employee tried to point this all out, they were blamed for causing chaos and lying, despite all of upper management knowing.
