1. The employer failed to employ feasible work practice controls to minimize employee exposure to COVID-19. Managers have allowed and attended crowded parties in the break room in or adjacent to the inpatient laboratory on the first floor. During these parties, employees are less than 6 feet from each other and they remove face coverings to eat food while in a crowded break room T8 CCR 5199(e)(1) 2. The employer failed to notify employees who had significant exposure to COVID-19 cases in the inpatient laboratory on the first floor. T8 CCR 5199(h)(6)(C)
