Regulatory Report

9998 AllPoints Parkway, Plainfield, 46168 Indiana, United States

management , supervisors , other employees do not wear face mask or stay 6 feet apart. they are hiring new people in for there peek season that do not wear mask and are over crowding the building. every week there are text sent to us about people that have tested positive for covid - 19. Kohl's does not seem to care about their people in the building. They are making us work more hours now because of peek. they are packing the building full of people and most do not wear mask. You tell them you are feeling sick or may have covid they dont seem to care....its more like if you go home you will not have a job. They dont clean the building like they should be too! Kohl's is not an essential business... they should not be able to keep there shifts the same until covid is under controll and should close the building to clean it. The building is open 24/7.
