We ordered from shaped paws with the address. We had ordered a travel mat for our dog but canceled the order and it was sent and billed to us twice! Need to be able to contact them to send the mat back and get our money back!!

I ordered these shoes in October and received them february 1, 2025. They look nothing like the picture of the shoes I thought I was buying. These also have an extremely strong chemical smell.
I would like to return them for a full refund as they are not usable.
