A boil water order has been issued for the city of Odessa after the water plant should be shut off around 2:00 p.m. and then a boil water notice will go into effect for all Odessa residents for the next 24 hours. The water plant is shutting off due to a 12" line break in the 1800 block of E. 46th Street.
