I ordered several items through this website I believed to be JCPenny. Spent 52.95. After weeks of waiting, I finally received an answer from them saying it was delivered. I also followed the tracking number, starting with ****, and it said package was delivered by the USPO. On the Ad it said that FEDEX was going to be the carrier. Now they claim that package was signed for, which I promptly replied to that I did not receive it. I asked for proof of this alleged signature, and now they are offering a 30% refund. Not acceptable, so I will continue bombarding them with emails. I'm sorry for all of the people that fell for this scam. I recently had serious health issues, and was looking forward to the clothes I ordered. I know nothing can or will be done about those scammers, but hopefully people will read this, and think twice about ordering from those type of sites. Wish I had done more research first.
