It was going out of business and closing and was on Facebook. I would like my money back, it looks like it will turn out to be a scam

I can not send back what they did not send to me. USPS parcel they delivered weighed less than a pound and they think they sent fence. I intend to sue them for fraud and theft if they do not take care of this matter. I don't know how to attach pictures
