The City of Effingham announced two infrastructure projects underway today. A water outage and boil order has been issued for East Evergreen Avenue along the north side of the street from Oceola to North Willenborg, all of Copper Ridge Court, and all of Twin Court. Also, a road closure is in place for Hoffman Drive from now to Thursday. The project originally was to conclude on Wednesday.
