I made a purchase on 03 February 2024 and have been very disappointed by the way I’ve been treated. 1. I purchased an Automatic Rivet Tool Set, the picture showed a rivet tool on top of a box of the rivets, I only received the box of rivets. 2. I purchased the set because of the tool to fit the rivets, I can get the rivets in Australia cheaper than what I paid, but I hadn’t seen that tool in Australia so thought it would be worth it.I tried contacting the supplier numerous times but each and every time failed to get a response, until I mentioned that I was going to go through PayPal to have my issue resolved.
Out of the blue, today I received an email offering me a $6 refund for my disappointment. I’ve let them know that I’m not interested in a $6 refund and that I’m reporting them.
