Multiple power outages hit the Valley Monday, with more than 2,000 residents and businesses losing power just after noon Monday. Ohio Edison is reporting 1,377 outages in Youngstown, with a restoration time estimate of 3 p.m. Austintown has 775 in the township without power. Trumbull County has 7,663 without power, and Girard hit the hardest hit with 4,041 without power out of 4,801 customers.
