Según el mapa de cortes de luz de Seattle City (SCL), las tripulaciones respondieron a múltiples cortes de energía en South Beacon Hill, Hillman City y Rainier Valley. La alerta inicial de corte de energía comenzó alrededor de las 10 de la mañana y se vieron afectados unos 1.800 clientes.
