Kunden haben am Freitagmorgen in Lynchburg Strom verloren, nachdem eine ausgefallene Stromleitung zu einem Ausfall von rund 400 Kunden geführt hatte. Laut der Ausfallkarte von Appalachian Power befand sich die ausgefallene Leitung an der Kreuzung von Trents Ferry Road und Gladwood Place.
