National Grid berichtete, dass 516 Kunden an der Nord- und Südseite der Ellicott Street ohne Strom waren. Aus Sicherheitsgründen der Feuerwehr vor Ort wurde in unmittelbarer Nähe der Howard Street der Strom unterbrochen. Die Ursache des Ausfalls ist nicht sofort klar.
