floors are dirty and have not been vacuumed. Employees are concerned that they are working in an unsanitary workplace. 4. Within the past two months, 4 employees tested positive for COVID-19. Two of those employees tested positive within the last two weeks. The employer did not inform employees or advise employees of safety precautions they are taking. 5. The desks of the employees that tested positive for COVID-19 may have been wiped down, but the employer has not conducted any kind of trace cleaning. 6.
