1. The employer is not following the Governor's Roadmap to Recovery guidelines for food establishments, in regard to the face coverings, gloves, and sanitizing high touch surfaces.2. Employees are concerned that the employer is only following regulations when under inspection by regulatory agencies.
3. Employees are concerned that the employer is not following the CDC guidelines when employees are showing symptoms of COVID-19, such as having an elevated temperature, shortness of breath, and nausea.
4. Employees are required to return to work after showing COVID-19 symptoms and are not required to obtain a COVID-19 test.
5. Employees are concerned that the sanitizer solution is being watered down, not being changed out, and is not on EPA list N.
