- comments: instructed to provide handwashing signage at handsink in main prep area and handsink in men's washroom.

- comments: backflow preventer device not located behind ice machine. Instructed to install so that it can be located to be serviced and maintained.

- comments: observed employees (cook and server) not wearing face coverings properly. Not covering their nose while preparing and serving customers. Instructed management that all employees are required to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering while working inside the restaurant. Citation issued (corrected on site) see comments
