1. The agency has failed to create, disseminate, or enforce a policy in compliance with Emergency Rule 5(8). Instead, the employer has ordered and required employees to conduct in-person work activities that can feasibly be completed remotely. In fact, management has stated employees reporting to the office will conduct the same work they are doing remotely. Employees failing to report to the office on scheduled office days must use leave credits. This violation has repeatedly and needlessly brought employees together -- including those with conditions known to put the employees at high risk of complications from COVID -- from at least three counties with differing infection rates, at risk of spreading infection and COVID variants to new populations and communities. 2. The agency has failed to draft or disseminate remote work determination information explaining why each position must be physically present in the workplace and the reasons that this work cannot be performed remotely. 3. The agency has failed to provide a plan for how employees in various worksites will maintain six feet between workers, and has repeatedly failed to enforce mask requirements when such distance requirements are not met.2 weeks ago •reported by user-qpzz3148
