Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Municipal Consolidated Dispatch, 7300 W Wilson, HARWOOD HEIGHTS, IL, 60706, USA

7300 West Wilson Avenue, Harwood Heights, 60706 Illinois, United States

Director has not made it mandatory to wear masks and employees are in close proximity to one another in the dispatch center. Social distancing cannot be maintained and employees are not wearing masks even when not facing the consoles. There have been multiple cases of COVID-19 in the room. Right now there are 6 people out, 4 of those are confirmed and 2 are waiting for results. There is also an employee in the room who lives with a COVID-19 positive person and they are not isolating. Director is aware and is allowing them to continue to work without getting tested and while they are at work, they are not wearing a mask. Director is directing employees to come to work immediately after getting tested even if the employee tests positive as long as the employee doesn't have symptoms.
