A package I did not order, Danville, VA, USA

I received a package from Heathers Motty that I know nothing about. The address is 2207 Summit Ave Union City NJ 07087
It contains two blue aluminum circles, about the size of a quarter that I have no idea what they are or why I got them.
I have never ordered anything from this place, never heard of it and want to know why it was sent to me and how they got any information about me.
