I ordered this dog bath on 5/4/23 from a Facebook ad. I still haven't received it. I received confirmation that it cleared customs and is in the USA but that was it and now I can't find the email and their website is not loading

I ordered a small suitcase for $36.00 and have never received anything. There is no way to reach the company and when I looked online all I saw was scam information. I will be working with my credit card company to see if I can get a refund, but doubt I will be successful.
