I ordered from Zero Network for €28.30, did not receive the goods, they reported that the goods had arrived which is definitely not the case and you can forget about PayPal buyer protection in this case

I ordered a koala snugly from the company called Snugly. I get an email in transit with a tracking number then I get another 2 weeks later waiting for new stock to arrive at warehouse. I’ve since asked for a refund and now no communication
