Not happy with this misleading purchase and unauthorized charges, USA

I placed an order and you added an unauthorized tax to my charge. It wasn't displayed to me prior. I want to cancel this order.I also received another charge immediately afterward I didn't authorize that luckily my CCard company denied.

I tried contact thru paypal and their support email. Neither have acknowledged me.
I ordered the above item after them listing item plus shipping and insurance for a total of 18.48. I got an order confirmation showing this proice, but then I got an email from paypal showing a charge for 24.02. Shortly after I got another email showing the order company were charging me a tax of 5.54 that was never previously disclosed. I also got another unknown charge from them for 14.03 that luckily my CCard company denied. No response from company yet and Paypal keeps blowing me off saying I approved it when I didn't agree to "tax".
Ccard company says they can't do anything until I receive item or not.
Paypal isn't doing anything either.
I keep getting shipping updates now from company support email, but still no response to my complaint
Frustrated with myself for being careless and not researching better.
