A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work policy, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, hand sanitizer and employee training. Three employees tested positive
for COVID-19 and not quarantined. An employee was terminated for missing work last week right before they got their results. Considering employees are not required to wear masks, the work space was very confined and in close quarters.
