1. Store has a "mask required" policy for employees and customers. No one in the store (salaried management included) is supposed to say anything to customers not wearing masks. There are just signs posted to make it look the the company cares. Customers are aware of this

1. Employees who are exposed to other employees that are COVID-19 positive are not being informed of their exposure. 2. Employees who are COVID-19 positive are not being forced to quarantine.

Thermometer used for temperature check reads same temperature for all employees. Employees displaying symptoms of Covid-19 are made to continue to work unless they're running a temperature. These employees are later testing positive.

1. Screening rarely, if ever, takes place. 2. Emergency orders are not displayed in common areas, or are out of date. 3. Manager of pickup department refuses to wear mask in back room and coughs/sneezes all over employees in a space where employees can not social distance
Management is saying that each employee is having their temperature taken and if they have a fever they're being sent home but their thermometers are inaccurate and 6 degrees lower. An employee's temperature was taken twice and came up as 91.
