1. Screening rarely, if ever, takes place. 2. Emergency orders are not displayed in common areas, or are out of date. 3. Manager of pickup department refuses to wear mask in back room and coughs/sneezes all over employees in a space where employees can not social distance due to tight quarters. 4. Employees showing covid symptoms are expected to return to work even after being sent home due to the symptoms. 5.
