Employees are exposed to the following alleged hazards: 1. Employees are not supplied with mandatory PPE such as, but not limited to, face masks, by the employer. Employees have to purchase their own face masks to comply with company policy.

1. Improperly storage of broken down power jacks; the jacks block aisles and present an egress issue. 2. The employer does not enforce mask wearing for protection from Covid-19. 3. 1. The employer does not follow Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the jobsite used by employees who may have been exposed to COVID19. This would include areas such as offices, bathrooms, common areas, shared... electronic equipment like tablets, touch screens, time clocks, and keyboards. 2. Employees who may have been exposed to COVID19 and employees who are exhibiting signs and symptoms consistent with COVID19 are not encouraged to stay home as per Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) quarantine guidelines.

In the drivers break room located in the middle corner of the building on the northside of the tower on the first floor: 1. The drivers break room is not sanitized enough. It is only done 2-3 times a day. 2. Temperatures are not being taken. 3.... High touch surfaces to include door handles, tables, and vehicle keys are not sanitized enough.

The employer has not implemented good infection control to reduce potential COVID-19 exposures in the facility including practices of regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment.

I ate pineapple and within 30 minutes I had allergic type reactions. Burning lips, swollen tongue with bumps, severe headache. No vomiting, no diarrhea. Still have severe headaches. | Symptoms: Headache, Diarrhea
