The employer does not follow Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the jobsite used by employees who may have been exposed to COVID19. This would include areas such as offices, bathrooms, common areas, shared electronic equipment like tablets, touch screens, time clocks, and keyboards. 2. Employees who may have been exposed to COVID19 and employees who are exhibiting signs and symptoms consistent with COVID19 are not encouraged to stay home as per Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) quarantine guidelines.
