The employer does not follow Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the jobsite used by employees who may have been exposed to COVID19. This would include areas such as offices, bathrooms, common areas, shared electronic equipment like tablets, touch screens, time clocks, and keyboards. 2.
