Recall details: Fresenius Kabi USA is voluntarily recalling a single lot of Dexmedetomidine HCl... See More in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, 200 mcg/50 mL (4 mcg /mL), 50 mL fill in a 50 mL vial. Fresenius Kabi initiated this recall due to a trace amount of lidocaine present in the lot. This recall is being performed to the user level. To date, no adverse drug experience reports have been received for the recalled lot. Administration of Dexmedetomidine HCl containing trace amounts of lidocaine to a patient with lidocaine allergy could result in a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction.
Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection is approved for intravenous use and indicated for sedation of non-intubated patients prior to and/or during surgical and other procedures. Listed below is a table of the recalled lot distributed nationwide to wholesalers, distributors, hospitals and pharmacies between April 9, 2020 and April 13, 2020. An image of the label is also included below.

Fresenius Kabi is notifying its distributors and customers by letter and asking them to check their stock immediately and to quarantine and discontinue the use and distribution of any affected product.
Distributors should notify their customers and direct them to quarantine and discontinue distributing or dispensing any affected lots, and to return the product to Fresenius Kabi.
Customers with questions regarding this recall may contact Fresenius Kabi at 1-866-716-2459 Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Consumers should contact their physician or health care provider if they have experienced any problems that may be related to taking or using this drug product.

So couple weeks later I received a pair of black winter gloves I NEVER ORDERED was so confused how this company got my name and info to send a package i never ordered I was so creeped out. Well come to find out the fraud scammers who scammed me out of $75 from my purchase of the raised beds that never came so I began researching to see if it happened to anyone else and in Florida I believe governor opened up investigation on this exact scam! Buying something receiving unordered package in mail they pocket the difference from what it cost to buy and send that little item you didnt order and they use the delivery receipt of unordered item to post fake verified purchase reviews on their site to scam more people!!!! Its so wrong and they need to be stopped!!!! A lot of people are not putting 2 and 2 together so they have no idea they're connected!! But they are they scammed so many people I'm reading so many reviews people not sure why the unordered package comes in but it's a scam you wont recieve an order you ordered instead u got this! I just received a ring from Tevin James that I did not order. Not sure where it came from or why! I received a box with this ring in it. The only thing I can figure after reading other stories is I thought I was ordering clothing and ended up getting this.

I purchased what was supposed to a fold up treadmill from an ad on FB. Instead, I got a horse printed scarf. The return address is 14900 Frye Rd. Ft. Worth ,Tx. Upon researching, this scam is called "brushing." It is used to boost an online retailer's... See More business. They get your personal information and use it to make purchases through a fake account. The purchase is then sent to your address. The scammers will then post a positive fake review for the advertised item, so that others will make a purchase. To say I was pissed is an understatement! I immediately called my bank and they said they will refund the money and also open a dispute investigation. I have since canceled my debit card and changed all of my passwords.
