Mismanagement at the Petersfield building, 301 East 21st Street, New York, NY, USA

Service elevator has been down for months, as is passenger elevator. There are elderly people who live in higher floors and they are stranded. Laundry room down for a year. This building pretends to be a luxury rental but it is terribly broken and mismanaged.
