“I purchased this Stihl chain saw on Feb 4, 2021 from Blackcass but to date all I received was a chain with grips. I would like my saw as ordered or a full refund and they pay for shipping.

I have my order number and tracking number. I order this as a Christmas gift so far I have not received anything but the chain. You needed a new person that puts the information in computer because they stink. It is probably a scam.
