Grato Holdings, Inc. has voluntarily initiated a recall of two of its dietary supplement products due to potential microbial contamination, specifically yeast and/or mold. The products have been distributed nationwide in the US.The recalled products are:
- Product: Energique Mineral Magic Dietary Supplement, Size: 2 fl. oz (59 ml) bottle., Lot #: G11602, G11747, and G11723, MFD: 06/21, 07/22, and 08/22, Quantity: 1912 bottles.
- Product: BioActive Nutritional MINAPLEX, Botanical Herbal Supplement, Size: 1 Fl. oz. (30 ml) bottle., Lot #: Lot J28761, Quantity: 261 bottles.
