Update February 20th, 2026:The FDA has updated the recall classification for both Aonic Complete Hers and Aonic Complete His dietary supplement drink shots to Class II. Minor administrative updates were also made to the product descriptions and code formatting.
The affected lot codes remain:
- Lot 5349A BB 12/27
- Lot 5363A BB 12/27
The reason for recall remains unchanged: potential contamination with coliforms, E. coli, and/or Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The recall remains ongoing.

TKS Co-pack Manufacturing, LLC is recalling its Aonic Complete Hers and Aonic Complete His dietary supplement drink shots due to potential contamination with coliforms, E. coli, and/or Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The products were distributed to customers in Utah, USA.
AFFECTED PRODUCTS

- Size: 34 ml (1.1 fl oz) per bottle
- Lot Code: 5349A, 5363A
- BB: 12/27
- Product Quantity: 3,630 individual bottles
PRODUCT: Aonic Complete His (Liquid Dietary Supplement Shot)
- Size: 34 ml (1.1 fl oz) per bottle
- Lot Code: 5349A, 5363A
- BB: 12/27
- Product Quantity: 780 individual bottles
They are packaged in two 15-count decorated boxes within a corrugated Aonic Master Shipper.
The recall was voluntarily initiated by the firm on January 15, 2026. The issue was identified through undisclosed means, and the recall is currently ongoing. The classification of the recall has not yet been determined.
