Players are not consistently washing or sanitizing their hands, creating a hazard to employees who are picking up the casino chips. Some chips that have fallen were 2 feet by 2 and a half inches with a thickness of about 4 mm. The safety team has been notified of both issues for several years now. 4. The COVID-19 policy is not being enforced for people staying 6 feet apart. Several work stations have people within 1 foot of each other. 5. The mask policy is also relaxed and people are seen with thin bandanas just over the mouth. 6. They is one entrance and two exits. Both exits are in heavy fork truck traffic areas as well as sleep traffic areas because the exits are in the shipping and receiving docks. With the south exit requiring employee to walk behind open trailers that fork trucks go in and out of and pass in front of the same trailers that could have a semi truck coming to pick up.

the bottom of the muffin, and that had some too. I've thrown the rest away. As I said, I've bought these often and they've never had this, so this isn't normal. At this same location, I had gotten a pack of mini brownies in the flat plastic container and there were plastic pieces baked into the brownies. Had to throw those out too, after there were at least 5 with plastic chips in them. Clearly quality control has gone way down here.
