company allows guest to smoke and drink on the casino floor and when they do they are not required to keep their face covered, which exposes employees even more. The company policy is that no one can walk around without a mask on but it IS NOT enforced. Guests are freely waking around without any facial coverings, employees are fed up be we are met with 'nothing is going to change' from upper management.
