A dislocated stop sign near the exit from Aldi's in the East Mason area in Green Bay, WI, ALDI, E Mason St, Green Bay, WI, USA

I was leaving the above store this morning, and observed a stop sign one block south of E. Mason St. whish was turned sideways so it could not be seen from the approach to this intersection by an approaching car and could be a cause for a
collision between an oncoming car and this car, since most cars oncoming would be turning to the left in the path of the leaving car.
Please contact this store so they can have this corrected before there is an accident. I contacted the Green Bay authorities but they said this was on private property and was the responsibility of the business.
