Hazard Location: Mainly in Building A (offices, breakrooms, bathrooms, punch clocks, high traffic area for pedestrians and small vehicles) COVID-19 hazards: - Coworkers and managers not wearing masks properly. - Inadequate masks being worn including masks that do not fit properly and have to be constantly adjusted
or bandanas and neck gaiters which do not effectively stop droplets - Not social distancing, - poor ventilation, - poor hygiene (hand washing, sanitation of high touch areas. i.e. bathrooms, timeclock, etc.) - HR removes their masks in the offices even though they share the office with coworkers and are expected to see other coworkers at any time. - The breakrooms have inadequate ventilation and employees often mingle together unmasked. Other hazards: - small engine exhaust in enclosed spaces, - water-electrical hazards, - smoking areas too close to worksites, - drivers of small carts and ATVs driving closely to and too quickly near pedestrians, - dust inhalation hazards
