Temperature checks occur after employees have begun to work. e) Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID are allowed to report to and remain at work. f) CDC guidelines (i.e., regarding quarantining) are not being enforced when employees have been exposed to COVID positive employees. g) The employer has failed to report COVID positive employees to the Virginia Department of Health and the Virginia Department of Labor in accordance with §16VAC25-220.
