Imagine Jefferson Apartment Complex is using a power generator. Outage started at 7:52 p.m. Th night, Aug. 5th. Lights flickered off then back on at 7:52 p.m. Aug 5th. Elevator doors were closed. Was told a generator is powering building. Only 1 of the 2 elevators is operational.
