I ordered and paid for a 28 panel fence for dogs. They sent me a 2 dollar screwdriver. I have ask over and over for a refund since they didn't fulfill my order and they said they can only refund if I send it back to them. I can not send back what they did not send to me. USPS parcel they delivered weighed less than a pound and they think they sent fence. I intend to sue them for fraud and theft if they do not take care of this matter. I don't know how to attach pictures

response from service @risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support @lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.
